Message from Patricia A. Ross Superintendent

Welcome to the Paulding Exempted Village Schools Website.  Our Advanced Web Design Class at Paulding High School creates, manages, and updates this website to provide information that is important to our students, parents and community.  Please take time to explore the website and give us feedback on information you would like to see on this site.

Our school district is currently rated as Effective by the Ohio Department of Education.  The Board of Education, Administration, Faculty, and Support Staff are working very hard to take Paulding Exempted Village Schools to the next step.  This journey is a partnership between the school staff, students, families, and entire school community.  We are proud of the high quality academic programs that are offered in our school district, along with extracurricular activities to prepare our students for success and leadership after graduation.

Parental involvement is an important factor for successful students.  I invite each of you to support our students by attending parent-teacher conferences, communicating with teachers throughout the school year, and volunteering in our schools.  All of the teachers enter grades in ProgressBook, which allows parents to check on student progress online throughout the school year.  I strongly encourage all parents to take advantage of this program to monitor student progress.  If you do not have internet access at home, our public libraries are available for everyone in the county.

I am excited to serve Paulding Exempted Village Schools as Superintendent and look forward to hearing from you with suggestions or concerns.  By working together, we will provide our students with a quality education to prepare each student for the future.
