Jon goes above and beyond his role of IT Assistant here at PEVS. He not only works every day to ensure the technology in the district is working properly, but he also donates a lot of his time for the students. He serves as the Quiz Bowl advisor, play director, and lighting and sound tech. He's always willing to give up his own time to help others. He can also be found supporting students at their games and other events, and often he volunteers his own time helping to provide food for team meals, working at the FFA sausage stand in the summer, and editing videos of events for the students and their families.
Jon is a great asset to our school and for our students.

Paulding Exempted Village Schools, in conjunction with Family Health Care of Northwest Ohio, are working to pursue grant funding from the Ohio Department of Health for a possible school-based health clinic. This clinic would be located on the Paulding School campus and provide health services to students, staff, and community members. We need your input to help secure the grant! Please complete a quick survey before February 19, 2026, and receive a free bag of popcorn from any Paulding Athletic event concession stand!

Welcome back Panther Families for another year. Once again, we are giving out our Panther State of Mind Award to a student, parent, volunteer, or staff member who exemplifies The Panther State of Mind: Do what is right, Do your very best, and treat others how you want to be treated. This month, the award is going to Doug Bashore. Doug is our maintenance supervisor, aka the Panther MacGyver. He is always quick in finding solutions for our aging buildings, on top of making sure the custodians have what they need to keep our buildings looking sharp, and is always willing to lend a hand, helping with anything. Doug works countless hours making sure our buildings are ready and safe for students. He is also the kind of co-worker who would and has literally given the shirt off of his back to help our school family. The next time you see Doug, give him a high-five or a handshake of congratulations!
