Paulding Exempted Village Schools greatly appreciates the fundraising efforts by our community for the Pay to Participate program. We are blessed and humbled by the support we have received from individuals, businesses and groups. In an effort to keep these efforts as organized as possible, we ask that you contact the Athletic Department for the proper steps in the process. Dear PJHS and PHS Parents/Guardians and Students,

Students in grades 6–12 have the opportunity to participate in this year's Chromebook Take-Home Program.
The take-home fee is $25 if paid before the start of the school year. Beginning on the first day of school, the fee will increase to $30.

Chromebooks may be picked up at the Administration Building, Door #31, during the following times:

• Monday, August 3: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, August 4: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, August 5: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Thursday, August 6: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Friday, August 7: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

If you are unable to pick up your Chromebook during the scheduled pickup times, an additional pickup opportunity will be available during Open House on August 13. The pickup location will be announced at a later date.

Payment can be made with cash (please try to have exact change) or by check made payable to PEVS.

We encourage families to take advantage of the discounted fee by completing payment before the school year begins.
